Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Discount vouchers and promo codes are for one-time use only. Even if the order is cancelled before dispatch, the voucher is considered used and will not be reissued.

Returns are not permitted for subjective or non‑product‑defect reasons such as:

Taste or flavour preference
Difference in flavour compared with another brand

BioMuscle Nutrition products are non‑returnable due to hygiene, safety, and the consumable nature of nutritional products.
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@biomusclenutrition.com with:

We will review your case and respond within 48–72 hours.
Do not use the product for which you’ve raised a complaint until the case is resolved.
If the shipment is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it from the delivery partner.
If your order is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, contact our support team. We will either:
Re‑ship the order, subject to stock availability, or
Issue a refund in the form of a voucher code / BioMuscle credit.
No return, replacement, or refund will be provided for products accepted in a damaged or tampered condition.
